Learn how to observe and repair your boundaries energetically, and to assist others to do the same.
In this workshop we will learn and practice advanced techniques for shaping and repairing personal energy boundaries and in making and maintaining healthy consensual connections with others.
Learn to identify, release or expel stale and unhealthy energy cords to make room for greater authentic connection.
This class might be a fit for you if some or all of the following is true:
- You understand the basics of an energy discipline like reiki, magick, or therapeutic touch
- You would like to improve your skills in regulating your own energy
- You would like to learn how to let go of obsessing about people and situations
- You would like to learn to protect yourself when feeling intruded on or recovering from being intruded upon
- You would like to learn to mobilize your intuition to maintain your own health
- You would like to make and maintain healthy connections with others.
The class is taught from a Wiccan framework but is open and accessible to non-Wiccans.
Teacher Bio:
Sophia Amazon is a Wiccan priestess who has been practicing and teaching these techniques for over 20 years. She has advanced training in art therapy and group facilitation and works from a trauma-informed, consent based perspective

Cost
Sliding scale $80-200. Payment accepted in money and/or barter accepted. Payment via barter can be arranged by speaking with me prior to your first class.

For more information email You can register by sending an etransfer to no later than one week prior to the first class or communicating with me to arrange barter. Preference is given to those who register for the entire series, but individual dates may be registered if space permits.
Workshop Boundaries:
- Class 4 people, max 10 people. A waiting list will be kept if more than ten folks are interested.
- Proof of double vaccination required, do not attend if you have any symptoms of illness (contact me for partial refund in that event). Class will be indoors and may be masked.
- Classes will begin on time and run for two hours.
